Here is how you become a member and how it works:
Your membership begins with your first order of $25.00 or more (before shipping and GST). To remain in the club all you have to do is simply order $25.00, or more, for five more consecutive calendar months.
When you spend only $25.00 per month over a 6 month period you will have accumulated $150.00. This will put you at level 1, and you will be able to choose $25.00 in free hostess rewards!
Wait you can earn more hostess rewards AND more free product! See the scale below:
Level 1 $150 - 6 x $25 = $150.00 $25 in free products
The Sixth Month is considered your Hostess Month. During your Hostess Month if you order an extra $100 (level 1 $125 (5 month total) +$25 + extra $100) or more your rewards will increase as follows:
Level 2 $250 - $349** $40 in free products AND select any one item at 50% off.
Level 3 $350 - $449** $60 in free products AND select any one item at 50% off.
Level 4 $450 - $549** $80 in free products AND select any two items at 50% off.
** All level qualifications are before freight & GST.
You do not have to spend on your own to reach the above levels. During your hostess month you can collect additional orders from your friends, host a workshop/gathering, or have an online party
to put you into the next levels. If your total orders come to more than $550 we need to talk....make your money go further by JOINING MY TEAM.
WANT EVEN MORE REWARDS:
If you purchase $60 or more each month for 6 months your hostess month will start at $360. You are already at level 3. Plus with monthly purchases of $50 you automatically qualify for the Stamp of the Month each month for $6 (usually a $15.25 savings) and any other special that "Close To My Heart" promotes after a $50 purchase.
If you purchase $75 or more each month for 6 months your hostess month will start at $450. You are now at Level 4. Again you qualify for the stamp of the month and any "Close To My Heart" promotions each month.

BENEFITS TO BEING PART OF THE CLUB:

Some Questions you may ask:
1.
How do I sign up for the
Creative Scraps club?
You can join the club at
any time. You simply place an order of
$25 or more to the current club gathering on my website. At the end of each month, I will send an
email confirmation to everyone who place a qualifying order. If for some reason you do not get an email
and feel you placed a qualifying order please let me know.
2.
How do you keep track of my
orders?
Two ways. When you place an order number and your name
will appear in my business site under orders.
Secondly, I will keep a spread sheet of amount spent. You can always ask me to check your club
history. I suggest that you also
save/print the confirmations I send you.
3.
How do I order?
a.
Email or call me with your
order and provide credit card for payment.
b.
Submit you order on my “Close
To My Heart” website. NOTE:
You must join the Creative Scrap’s Club gathering for the current
month for it to count as a club sale.
c.
Place or pay for your order in
person.
4.
Do purchases I make for another
gathering count toward my club totals?
No. Since you are accruing Hostess Rewards over a
six month period, purchases must made through the special the Creative Scraps
Club gathering to count.
5.
What if I place club orders in
excess of my committed amount?
Excess orders in your
sixth or hostess month will count toward your gathering and may increase your
rewards. However, no additional rewards
are provided in other months other than qualifying for the Stamp of the Month
or other specials provided through Close To My Heart.
6.
What can I receive for my
Creative Scraps Hostess Rewards?
For free items, you can
select from My Acrylix Stamps, My Acrylix blocks, Exclusive Ink pads, Exclusive
Inks re-inkers, Exclusive Inks Mini Pigment pad sets, ShinHan Touch Twin
markers, My Stickease assortments, Compliments, My Reflections paper packs,
Card Stock packs, Workshops On The Go kits, and Studio J layouts. Half price items can be anything you want.
7.
How can I increase the rewards
I receive during my Hostess Month?
You can increase
your gathering total by hosting a workshop or gathering and by collecting
outside orders. In addition, you can
time you larger purchases during your hostess month. If you would like to host a live party it is
best to get it on my calendar now. For a
complete list of the hostess rewards that are possible check out page 4 of the Annual
Inspirations Idea Book from Close To My Heart.
There is no end to rewards!
8.
Can inventory purchases be used
to meet my committed amount?
No. The committed amount must be met by product
orders and not inventory I have on hand.
9.
What happens if I do not place
an order of at least $25 in a calendar month?
Your club membership will
end and no further purchases are required and no rewards are earned.
